Chart Builder is licensed to You (End-User) by RetroAge Engineering ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ("App Store"), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
1. The Application
Chart Builder ("Licensed Application") is a piece of software created for generating, viewing, and managing charts (including bar, line, and pie charts), customized for Apple devices. Its purpose is to provide a simple interface for data visualization.
2. Scope of License
You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Devices that You own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules. You may not share, sell, rent, or redistribute the Licensed Application. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application.
3. User-Generated Content
The Licensed Application allows you to create charts and input data ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you create. All Content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to the Licensor.
4. Maintenance and Support
The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this Licensed Application. You can reach the Licensor at the email address listed in the Contact Information section. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.
5. Warranty & Disclaimers
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Termination
The license is valid until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if You fail to adhere to any term of this license. Upon termination, You shall stop all use of the Licensed Application.
